Last week is was just warm enough to open the windows in my bedroom.
Is there anything more intoxicating than that first whiff of springtime after the windows have been shut all winter?
It permeated the room..that earthy, sun smell. I don't even know what to call it. It stirs something inside of us that says "Hello, I'm still alive in here...I've just been sleeping."
I feel like I've been sleeping for months. I need sunlight. I need little pops of color from the flowers starting to emerge. I need springtime.
And just like that....it's here!
Today is the first day of spring. And while it's also the full moon (a supermoon I've heard), and while I'm also just about to bleed (as I do every full moon), I'm surprisingly calm and happy.
It must be spring.
Here's what the energy is reminding us today:
Abundance is right around the corner. Spring is when we plant the seeds to harvest in summer. In order to receive all that we deserve we have to balance the energies of masculine and feminine within us. Masculine energy is active, confident, and logical. Feminine energy is receptive, gentle, and creative. You must have a beautiful balance of both to achieve what you want. Be vulnerable, be in a place to receive, be open, be free. All good things are coming.
